Fender Rivera 'Twin Reverb Amp' (I believe just pre-dating the 'Twin Reverb II') dating from circa 1980s.
Albert Lee Provenance:
A great amp with some fantastic provenance, having been stage-played by Albert Lee alongside James Burton at the Holmfirth Picturedrome in 2012. This was acquired from the guitarist of the Paul Hayes Band (a local Morecambe group) who were the backing band for the show and provided the amps for the show. Albert played this one, while James went through two Twin Reverbs (a 70s Silverface and a '65 reissue) - all 3 of which can be clearly seen in a comprehensive photo album, with a quick search!
Specs:
- Country of origin: USA
- Date of manufacture: circa 1982
- Speakers: 2x 12 inch Fane AX12-150L (2001)
- 2x Normal channels
- 2x Vibrato channels

Servicing:
Just serviced by Coopersonic (Nottingham) and playing wonderfully. Previously re-capped to a professional standard. Coopersonic service included: 2x replaced 6L6GC valves, a new plug fuse, bias set and a full pot clean. They noted that the preamp valves are a mix of old and new, all working well.
Condition:
Good used condition, some marks to tolex and general playing wear. The last time it was played was by Albert in 2012 and a full service has brought it back to running order.
Includes original footswitch (pictured) and factory wired for UK mains (no need for a step-down transformer, etc).
Collection/delivery:
Collection heavily preferred due to weight / delicateness. However, I'm prepared to have it sent anywhere within a reasonable span of the UK mainland via either Parcelforce or Lenspeed Logistics (Len is the best in the business - an ex-roadie who knows how to handle musical gear properly. I'd recommend him for any job of this size!). I will need to book this in with him based on availability / to coordinate a delivery date, so please allow for a little time to book this in and get the amp safely to you!
