A lovely Martin D12X1 model electro-acoustic 12 string guitar dating from 2019 (made in Mexico).

Martin's contemporary iteration of their classic 12 string dreadnought body guitar. Features a solid spruce top, HPL back and sides and built in Fishman electronics from the factory as standard.

Specs:

• Solid Sitka spruce top

• Hand-rubbed light natural finish

• A-Frame X body bracing

• Stratabond neck

• Mahogany-grained HPL (high pressure laminate) back and sides

• Fishman Sonitone electronics

• Chrome tuners

• Aftermarket hard case

Condition:

Mint-excellent condition, barely used with only some fine pitting to the top in the playing area, which frankly is quite difficult to see or photograph. Frets are excellent, no notable marks to body or neck that I can see - very well looked-after! Currently strung with Martin lights and has a great playing action, with plenty of room on the saddle to go down further, should you wish.

Modifications/repairs:

None.

Accessories:

Aftermarket fitted hardcase.

Ollie's Guitars is an independent Nottingham-based business run solely by myself - Ollie. All guitars receive a basic shop setup, including the action being set comfortably, a fresh set of strings and all electronics / pots cleaned (unless otherwise specified). I would recommend having any guitar setup to your preferences following delivery to suit your preferred playing style and string gauge, etc.
