Gibson case to fit a Flying V model, dating from 1982 and produced by TKL (Canada).
This is one of the desirable tan/pink combination cases - I believe one of the very first ever introduced (I believe they were available as standard from the very early 80s-onwards).
This originally came with a 1982 CMT special edition Flying V and will fit most if not all modern/reissue flying V models. They're excellent quality fitted Gibson cases which have stood the test of time and I find them to be rather durable - not to mention the great aesthetics, paired with your vintage guitar.
Tan exterior with large Gibson logo to outer, pink-lined inner with a neck area compartment for string storage, etc.
Produced by the legendary TKL for Gibson, who were operating out of Canada at the time.
In good condition with no major damage, fully working without issues. There is some natural wear to the outer and tarnishing to the meta parts, which contribute to its genuine vintage look. All latches are functional and combination lock is working (still set at 000). It even retains its original tag (pictured) which instructs the user on how to set the combination lock.
A great early Gibson TKL case, perfect paired with your vintage flying V!
