Yasuma Newance model F1600H, made in Japan circa 1975.
A guitar from the infamous 'lawsuit' period of Japanese guitar manufacture, with a roughly 00-sized body shape, paired with the aesthetics of a hummingbird model.
Some lovely appointments and materials used on this one, as is to be expected of Japanese-built guitars of this period.
Specs:
- Country of origin: Japan
- Year of manufacture: 1975
- 00 body shape
- Ornate hummingbird pickguard
- Cherry Sunburst finish
- Solid spruce top
- Laminate mahogany back and sides
- Rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays

Condition:
Excellent condition for a guitar of this vintage. Played, but clean and well looked after. Neck angle is good, frets in good condition with life left in them. Free of splits, cracks or breaks. Some minor dings, though nothing of concern. Bridge has an acceptable, near-imperceivable lift to the bottom (on the 'lip' of the bridge where it meets the finish, rather than the joint itself), though nothing unexpected of a guitar this age and it's holding solid. Playing nicely with a comfortable action, truss rod working.
Modifications/repairs:
None.
Accessories:
Period Yamaha-branded gig bag (not pictured).
