A beautiful original Selmer Treble ‘N’ Bass 50R SV. This model was similar to the 50 SV - distinguished by the ‘R’ which of course stood for ‘reverb’.
This model was originally purchased from notorious Essex suppliers Bill Greenhalgh & Co in 1975 and features their shop sticker to the facade.
This one is freshly back from Coopersonic, where it received a general service, bias set and a replacement reverb tank fitted (the original had failed and they weren’t of the best design, anyway).
It’s otherwise wholly original, with its original Millard EL34 tubes still in place and sounding beautifully warm.
In great used condition, with some natural tarnishing the facade and tolex, though has no breaks or structural issues.
Reverb requires foot switch (not included).
It even comes with its original Selmer cover, as pictured.
