Arguably Harmony's most popular acoustic - a Sovereign 1260 model, made in the USA (1967, Chicago).
These guitars while considered 'budget' models at the time (compared to their Gibson counterparts) represent excellent value for money on the modern market, offering brilliantly USA-made vintage guitars built using solid woods at affordable prices.
This is a single-owner example, who purchased it brand new in 1968. This correlates with the guitar's production, with the headstock decal placing year of manufacture to 1967 in the USA.
All original, playing nicely and of excellent build quality, as is to be expected of Harmony guitars of this period.

Condition:
There is a compression mark to the back (rather that an actual wood split) roughly 3cm wide, which has been stabilised, filled and sanded flat / buffed into the finish and is smooth to the touch. Neck angle is good, with a tiny bit of lift at the heel, action is also acceptable and it's playing nicely, a lovely sounding guitar indeed. A tiny bit of bridge lift as is experienced by the majority of these guitars, but again it is stable, solid and inconsequential to playing. Frets are fairly worn though appear never to have been levelled so there's plenty of life left in them / room for fretwork, should you desire.
Modifications/repairs:
Repaired compression mark to back, top right hand side.
Accessories:
None.
