For sale is an a original Silvertone-badged (Harmony, Kay) electric guitar neck from a Silvertone 1446 'Chris Isaak' / 1423 'Stratotone' model, made in Chicago, USA dating from circa 1960s.
Separated from its original body, but fully-functional and working truss rod + cover (albeit, currently without a nut).
Original (faded) Silvertone silk screen logo, bound fretboard (I believe to be Braz rosewood, as all were during this period) with typical Silvertone/Kay asymmetric 3-bolt joint. Naturally, it will fit any Silvertone/Kay etc body with the same bolt pattern.
Inlays are original celluloid, some will need re-seating as they've come slightly loose due to natural shrinkage.
Frets naturally will need attending to / setting up when attached to a guitar body, etc.
Perfect as a replacement neck for your original model 1446, 1423, or conversely it could be attached to most period Harmony/Silvertone bodies for a very cool custom guitar.
