A cool project for someone - this is a near-complete 'Denley' hollow body electric jazz guitar.

Difficult to date precisely, however it has all the hallmarks of an Italian-made guitar - specifically, the pickups which are the same as found on some Vox (Eko-made) Lynx models and the inclusion of a 'zero' fret. Deep, hollow body with Florentine cutaways - clearly they were going for a Barney Kessel style guitar.

I'd wished to restore this but don't have the time and am looking to clear out. Mostly complete as pictured, it is missing a nut, the odd tuner ferrule (interestingly, the tuners look to be fairly high end factory Grovers). Further, it has a nice flamed top - I'm wondering if it was a custom, one off order.

Electronics wholly untested, everything appears to be there though visually with regard to the pickups, knobs and pots, jack etc - but will require work.

The binding also appears to have come away and been re-seated in portions as pictured.

The neck is straight and it evidently has a steel reinforced neck.

Sold as seen, a great project for someone - includes original bridge as pictured which is missing the occasional saddle (pictured).
