For sale one of the earliest commercially successful British-made electric guitars ever produced - the Broadway BW1.
Appearing in the Bell Music catalogue in 1960, the Broadway BW was a solid bodied electric guitar with the BW1 and BW2 pickups featuring 1 and 2 pickups respectively.
This is the incredibly rare Blonde Burst / blue sparkle guard variant and probably the best example out there. This finish variant is somewhat akin to a Gold Top and is original to the guitar.
This guitar was purchased new at Pete Seaton Musical Instruments (Edinburgh) and even retains its original dealer card.
100% original and it even includes its original hard case - and strap!
